About Me
- Over the past 35+ years of serving public and private clients, I’ve helped many companies and their owners avoid tax problems, take better advantage of opportunities they weren’t fully claiming, and get results with the tax authorities that they didn’t think possible.
- My experience spans a variety of industries, with businesses ranging from start-ups through multi-billion dollar multinationals. While each situation is unique, many tax rules can be applied in a way that isn’t always obvious. And I can provide tailored guidance in advance, as well as assistance after the fact.
- I spent over 10 years with two of the Big 4 accounting firms, including 18 months in one of those firms’ Washington D.C. National Tax Office. I was also a Partner at a Los Angeles-based regional CPA firm for 5 years.
- I earned a BA in Economics from UCLA, an MBA from Pepperdine University, and an MBT (Master of Business Taxation) from USC.
- I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
